I'll Take That Bet

The Dems caught on quick
after losing Ted's seat.
Better fix the economy now
so We won't be beat.

Forget about health care,
today we need jobs.
That's what they heard
from the Massachusetts mobs.

The state of Obamacare
is quite uncertain.
Was Tuesday's defeat
the final curtain?

It's hard to say,
there are no guarantees.
But the Democrats'
principles are hard to see.

We must pass it now,
it's the right thing to do.
Except of course
if it will beat Me too.

November is lurking,
and the Democrats fret.
Are big changes coming?
I'll take that bet.

Driving A GMC Truck

So Obama goes 3 for 3.
Jersey. Virginia. Mass.
He needs a new game plan
and better do it fast.

Obama made fun of Brown
for driving a GMC truck.
You have to believe tonight
he's saying what the ****!

Dem pundits looked so sad
as the reality sank in.
But look at the bright side,
now the fun can begin.

Will the Dems pull a fast one
and get health care passed
before they seat the senator
from the Commonwealth of Mass?

We'll see how the President
recovers from this defeat.
Still history will show
he lost the Kennedy seat.

Maybe his State speeech
will signal a new start.
And maybe in November
it will all fall apart!

Talk To The GOP!

Some call it a do over.
Others say buyer's remorse.
Whatever you name it,
we're about to change course.

In less than 24 hours
we should know the result.
Then the real fun begins,
who the hell was at fault?

The Dem candidate Coakley,
who ran a weak campaign?
Or all that the Dems have done
to cause us so much pain?

Maybe it's the President,
trying to do it all.
But he forgot about jobs,
now his whole agenda stalls.

He might get another chance,
we'll just wait and see.
But if wants to make it work
he better talk to the GOP!

Obama's Hail Martha

Obama threw a Hail Martha
to try and save Ted's seat.
Things won't look so good
if the game ends in defeat.

He gave her two hours,
not much time at all.
Will it save the Dems
from an 'unprecedented' fall?

The stakes are quite high,
the President told them.
If you want my health care,
you better vote for the Dem.

Of course that's the point
apparently he doesn't see.
His health care plan worries
folks like you and me.

He didn't rip her opponent,
said he didn't know him much.
Just another example of
how he's so out of touch.

So buckle on your helmet
and dig in for the fight.
Won't know how it turns out
until sometime Tuesday night.

Obama To Save The Day?

The Dem's in big trouble
in the great state of Mass.
So here comes the President
to save his party's ass?

The polls are all breaking
for Republican candidate Brown.
So make way for the convincer.
He'll turn things around.

All he has to do is talk,
we've found that to be true.
Although he is yet to convice
a world leader or two.

But in Barney's home state
his words will be golden.
He'll pay tribute no doubt
to Kennedy the old one.

That will stir the Dems up,
get them all excited.
When the votes are counted
surely they will be delighted.

But if it doesn't work and
they are kicked out on their tush.
Obama will just blame it on
a President named Bush!

Lower The Flag To Half Staff

Behind closed doors they meet
to give us a health care plan.
I wonder whatever happened
to showing it all on C-Span?

Special deals are getting cut
so all the Dems will vote yes.
It's just one more example
of Obama's political mess.

Getting angry won't work,
ignoring it is no good either.
Nothing any of us can do now
will make this thing a pleaser.

The best thing for us to do
is set our sights on November,
and send the out-of-control Dems
a loud message they will remember.

Quit screwing with our lives.
Quit screwing with the citizens.
Your know-it-all attitudes
are at the root of all your sins.

So lower the flag to half staff
as the Dems fall one by one.
The 'unprecedented' Obama era
is about to be undone.

With Friends Like Nancy & Harry

Can't blame the President for thinking,
with friends like Nancy & Harry,
that his future in the White House
looks just a little bit scary.

You would think that most politicians
by this time would have learned,
when they open their mouth to talk
it's not a "friend" they should burn.

Nancy laughed and made a quip
about the President's promises,
but how she said it makes it clear
she's one of his Doubting Thomases.

What Harry said offended many,
about skin color and dialect.
That kind of thing shouldn't be uttered
by the party of the politically correct.

So stand tall Mr. President
and keep up the good fight.
But maybe you should look for
some new friends on the right!
